Almaty, 3 July 2012. All key financial and operational indicators confirm that 2011 was a successful year for Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). This is stated in EDBs annual report for the previous year.
As at the year end, EDBs investment portfolio grew by one third to US $3.4 billion, with eighteen new projects added. Some of these projects are of priority importance to the Banks member states and the advancement of their key regions and industries

Saint Petersburg, June 22, 2012 En+ Group and Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) agreed on a partnership to pursue potential projects in the electric power industry. Artem Volynets, CEO of En+ Group, and Igor Finogenov, Chairman of the EDB, signed a memorandum of cooperation at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The EDB will consider financing En+ Groups power projects to be located in the Eurasian Economic Community through either lending, or equity participation

St. Petersburg, 22 June 2012. Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) invests RUR 10 billion in the public-private partnership (PPP) project to construct and operate the Western High-Speed Diameter road in St. Petersburg. A banking syndicate, which includes, in addition to EDB, VTB Capital, Gazprombank, Vnesheconombank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed today a loan agreement with Magistral Severnoi Stolitsy (MSS), which implements this project. In accordance with the agreement the lenders will provide MSS with funds to finance the construction of the second section of the Western High-Speed Diameter toll road for a total of approximately RUR 60 billion

Almaty, 19 June 2012. Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) signed today two loan agreements with Centr-Invest Bank. The first agreement opens a RUR 150 million non-revolving loan facility for three years to finance energy saving projects of the customers of this bank from Rostov. Sub-loans in the amount of RUR 3 million and more will be provided for projects to reduce energy consumption, create generating capacities based on renewable sources of energy, and improve the efficiency of use of natural resources
